This week, on #TuesdayswithJena we’re chit-chat-rat-a-tat-tatting with Jenn with two N’s Vining, or as she’s known on the gram @jennsbookvibes.

For the record, that’s Vining with an N, not a K. Only I’m allowed to call her that. Although, I suppose that technically makes her Jenn with three N’s, but only if you use her last name. You know what… this is getting too complicated! Let’s keep it simple:

As I was typing this, I realized, this is yet another friend I’ve made through Tracy. She’s sort of my bookstagram dealer, hahahaha! I’ll take it though, because Jenn is seriously one awesome human.

First, she is Star Wars obsessed, and you guys probably know how happy that makes me!

Second, SHE LOVES ALL THE COFFEE AND ALL THE TEA!!! I mean, she’s literally an Ambassador for @theteaspot! Hi, my name is Jena, and can we be friends forever?

Third, she is co-host to some AWESOME buddy read groups! Like the one with me, #awesomeAFbuddyreads. It literally says how awesome we are, IN THE NAME! But, she actually has a legit group, with it’s own page AND MATCHING MUGS AND CANDLES AND EVERYTHING @blackheartreads. I mean, LOOK!!!

I apologize for all the screaming, I think maybe I had too much coffee already…

Anyway, the point is, you should check her out her page. Besides having some pretty amazing book chats and finding yourself stricken with unexplainable coffee or tea cravings, you will get all the pool envy. And since she lives in sunny Florida, I do mean serious pool envy when you’re freezing in December.

When did you start your Bookstagram account?

I started talking about books on my personal page but really dived into bookstagram head first back in July 2017.

Why do you bookstagram?

I originally wanted to connect with other book nerds on Instagram because we had just moved to a new state and I didn’t know anyone. I was missing my book club ladies from back home and was so excited to find this little corner of the internet. Now that I have been a part of it for almost a year I can definitely say I am in it for more than just the book chat. I really value some of the friendships I have made with other bloggers and loved the opportunities I have had to work with publishers and even talk to different authors.

Theme or no theme?

No theme here! I don’t really plan my photos and posts ahead of time either it’s really whatever I think of that day.

Is pool envy a theme? Because you’ve totally nailed that!!!

What do you do when you’re not on the Internet? 

Usually I am trying to squeeze in reading time whenever I can. Our family of five is usually always in a state of organized chaos (hence the name Vining Circus we have coined).

With a full-time circus, you’ve got to have some interesting hobbies?

Aside from the obvious, reading, I love movies and binge watching television shows. I also love family time which usually involves the swimming pool, a trip to Disney or the beach, and lots of board games.

Since we’ve already drooled over your pool (like three hundred times this morning alone), what board games does a circus play?

Definitely the game Clue. I am ALWAYS Colonel Mustard!

I feel like I have so many follow up questions to that…. But, I’ll move on. Favorite place to read?

I love reading by the pool or snuggled in a cozy blanket on my bed.

Favorite genre?

I love psychological thrillers, historical fiction, fantasy, science fiction, dystopian.

I don’t have a favorite post exactly but I love writing reviews.

I don’t usually snack while I read but I love sipping on  a cup of coffee or tea!

So, tell me what drinks you’re in love with, because I NEED ALL OF THEM!!!

Favorite??? UGH! That’s like choosing a favorite child! Okay, currently I am obsessed with Morning Mojo from @theteaspot (I love to cold brew that). For coffee, I am DIE HARD fan of Starbucks when I am running errands. At home I love @cameronscoffee! Highlander Grog blend is my favorite!

I’m pretty sure we just got a pro tea tip right there! 

Also, more pool envy. Total pool envy.
