What is it they say about March? In like a lion, out like a lamb? Well, that certainly was the case in Las Vegas anyway. Cold weather and winds gave way to warmer weather and Spring, or the ten minutes we get here in the desert, appears to finally be here.

So far I feel really good about the first quarter. I managed to finish a first draft of my manuscript and am plugging through edits. Reading is coming along, though I need to get better about reviewing. I also started the year off like a Lion and have fizzled to a lamb. Momentum is weird. Good things start happening, and it’s easy to get derailed. It’s good to recognize where things go wrong, so I can work on fixing them!
