Oh glorious Tuesday! We all survived stabby Monday, which is fantastic news, but this is the first Tuesday in October, a month that demands all things spooky and creepy and full of gory fabulousness!

And the account I’m featuring today is full of fall vibes ALL YEAR LONG!!! You seriously have to love that! And I do mean seriously. It’s the law. You have to.

She’s created an ambience that makes you long for nothing but curling up in front of a fire with a warm cup of whatever spirits take your whimsy. And her taste in books is TO DIE FOR. If you don’t love her yet, you soon will! Say hello to Milana AKA @acouplereads!

 

Not only is her account just full of the best aesthetics, she is the kindest, sweetest person to chat with! And not just about books, although, get ready for some serious convo about all things fictional. But she is awesome and supportive about all things life. Which, really, is what making friends (like IRL friends) is all about.

Someday I will find my way to the friendly Northern neighbor, yup, that’s right, I’m looking at you Canada, and we will scream and jump and act like maniacs in front of a cafe or bookstore. Or both. Or maybe not. Maybe we’ll just be civilized humans and hug using our inside voices. The point is, it will be MAGICAL!!!

When did you start your Bookstagram account?

I started my account back in April 2016 (wow it’s been 2 and a half years!)

Why do you bookstagram?

I love talking about books and especially seeing other people’s reactions when they read a book I’ve recommended. I’ve always been interested in trying photography so this is also a way to dip my toes into that hobby.

Is there a favorite photo on your account?

I would say my favourite was the re-creation of the @canterburyroadco candle label. It’s a series of three.

Why is it your favorite?

I spent a long time setting it up and absolutely loved taking all the photos. It was my most creative process!

What do you do when you’re not on the Internet?

I swim! 2-3x a week. I also hit the gym 3-4x a week.

Do have any hobbies?

Reading…swimming…do I even have any other hobbies?

Where is your favorite place to read?

Coffee shops! I love going to coffee shops to read. Also my bed.

I do! I recently moved to www.acouplereads.com and I love it! Blogging is hard work and time consuming but I really enjoy it! Hey, I guess that’s my other hobby..

I started blogging the same week I started bookstagram I figured why not start both at the same time. My first review was Uprooted or Sleeping Giants, they both happened that same week.
